After you fill out the contact form and the client questionnaire form, then I will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
2. Schedule A Phone Call
Schedule a free consultation to discuss your project's vision and how I can best serve you.
3. Submit Any Design Inspiration
For Creative Design Services: Please provide any logos, color palettes, fonts, or design examples you’d like me to integrate. If you don’t know what exactly you want, that’s okay!
We can brainstorm some ideas together; two minds are better than one!
4. Review Your Quote, Confirm The Timeline, &
Secure The Project With A Deposit
Once we are done discussing the project information and the complexity, I will email you a personalized quote with the estimated amount of hours it would take to complete and the total cost breakdown.
Then, you will review the proposed timeline and let me know if any adjustments need to be made to fit your schedule.
After reviewing the information, a 50% deposit will need to be made before I begin working on your project.
The remainder will be due within 7 days of completion.
5. The Project Creation Begins
Once everything is completed, I’ll start working on the project, send you the initial drafts, and receive your feedback on any revisions you want.
Disclaimers
All creative design items will be delivered electronically via email or Dropbox in PDF, JPG, PNG, and other formats.
All projects will include unlimited revisions (within reason) while I am building my portfolio.
All services and consultations will be done remotely via phone or Zoom video call unless within an hour of Mankato, MN; then, I am willing to meet in person if needed.
Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. Mosaic Solutions reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Printing and shipping can be discussed, but there will be additional fees.
Cancellation policy: If a project is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Turnaround Time:
Small Projects: 1-3 business days (depending on clients’ feedback and need for revision).
Larger Projects: 5-7 business days (depending on clients’ feedback and need for revision).
Turnaround times may vary depending on the project’s complexity and prompt communication from the client. Most projects that are simple, such as creative graphics, can usually be finished within a couple of hours the same day.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Credit/Debit card via secure payment link.
